Art Unrestricted, is the 5th edition of MUSE Art Fair an exhibit reflecting the diversity and outstanding talent of our local and global community. Join us as MUSE returns to Miami Beach this winter.

All artists, collectives and galleries presentations will include the standard exhibitor package outlined below.

application fee of $25

  • 100 Square Feet (9.2m2) - $1,500.00
  • 200 Square Feet (18.6m2) - $3,000.00
  • 300 Square Feet (27.9m2) - $4,500.00

Space Type:

Freestanding Sculpture Space Placement - is discretionary. There is a participation fee of $500 plus the cost of a fixed designated area sculpture must fit within. Locations are approximate, and final placement is at the discretion of MUSE Art and may be impacted by traffic flow and fire codes. Space is limited.


Exhibitors already using wall space do not have to pay the participation fee to place sculptures but are responsible for the cost of the placement. Any stands or podiums involved with the display must also fit within the designated amount of space (sculpture placement does not include any stands or podiums).

We recommend using at least 1440x900px image that is total not more than 35MB. Your image must also be a .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, or .GIF file type. You can upload up to 5 files at one time.


LABELING: Your files should reflect the following pattern when labeled:   "GalleryArtistName_Title-Size-Year"

There are mandatory additional fees for: booth lighting, sculpture pedestals, tables, chairs/stools, miscellaneous electrical services, shelving, pedestals, rigging, drayage and miscellaneous services and labor furnished for exhibitor-supplied materials.

This application & Agreement when countersigned by both parties, becomes a binding Agreement regarding participation in the exhibition of MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC on Miami Beach from November 30 - December 4, 2022. Upon acceptance by MUSE, a deposit is due within 5 days. This deposit will be deducted from your balance. We offer three (3) methods for balance payment: pay in full, quarterly or monthly. All submitted works must be approved by MUSE Art Fair before show participation is finalized as confirmed by an Acceptance Letter on the date countersigned by MUSE Art Fair.

Consent to Electronic Record E-Sign Verification, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.D. 7001, et seq.), requires that EXHIBITOR consent to entering into an electronic agreement with the COMPANY before an Agreement can be executed. Please read the following information carefully:

 

When you enter into this online Agreement with MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC d/b/a/ Muse Art Fair, you will not be required to submit a paper application. An electronic record will evidence the entire Agreement(s) between EXHIBITOR and the COMPANIES. However, EXHIBITOR must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the COMPANIES; Agreement of Participation (Terms & Conditions), Application, Agreement(s) and electronically acknowledge below that EXHIBITOR have read these documents.
